Autumn O’Hara, MS, OTR/L IMG_1688_face0A licensed and certified occupational therapist and certified therapeutic ridininstructor Autumn began to pursue her passion of aiding others through the use of horses in 2010. After completing coursework at Shenandoah University for a Masters in Occupational Therapy, Autumn began servicing clients at Ride-On Ranch. Combining her education, experience and a lifetime of horse knowledge has allowed Autumn to facilitate the highest service quality to each and every individual that visits the ranch.

 IMG_1523Charli Wacker – Charli is a local horse trainer and riding instructor specializing in western riding and horsemanship. Her love for horses began at an early age and since her first pony, Charli has set her goals to understanding and bettering the human and horse relationship. At the Ranch, Charli manages the herd of therapy horses and facilitates the day to day operations.She also manages business affairs including the marketing and outreach programs. Currently seeking her Masters in Business Administration from Liberty University, Charli is looking to apply the non-profit Christian standards of Liberty to benefit Ride-On Ranch.
KarenKaren Mazzara – MS. Ed. LPC is a licensed professional counselor specializing in issues related to anxiety, depression, substance abuse and issues unique to girls and women. Mental health therapy at Ride On Ranch uses the horse to problem solve, build self-esteem and establish and maintain boundaries and clear communication. This is done in a safe environment with most work being done on the ground with the horse as a partner. Karen has had a lifelong love of horses and is excited to offer this unique and exciting style of therapy to Loudoun County.
